Ive got that exact unit. I place one small electrode underneath the tip of my dick and one on my taint. And play with the intensity and pattern until i find what feels good then i put on something extremely arousing to watch and let it do its thing. Usually takes me about 30-45 min to cum completely hands free. About 20-30 min if i cheat and jerk a little. Hope this helps.

I never came with a normal TENS unit because they didnt have a high enough Frequency for me to cum. After i upgraded to a Mystim Machine it made me cum in my second session. You just have to try out what works best for you. For me its a pulse feeling, power set right below where it would start to hurt to just make me feel really good. And when i want to cum i switch to a Continous mode.

I secon kiaro that with this unit it very difficult to HFO. You need to get another stimulation device and ideally some electrodes. But the main problem is the device, not the trodes.

Understandable. I was thinking some of the videos on here of people cumming with them handsfree, were simply edited videos to make it appear handsfree, but really a pause and jerk off and hit play again before cumming is all that it takes to mis-lead anyone that you can cum completely handsfree with just this unit alone.

I have one also and have experimented with it...so far I haven't experienced a hands free orgasm yet..I think that there are a lasso type of attachment that are available..I might try to purchase some and try again with them

I’ve tried again and again with no luck cumming hands free. I would have to fake it by stopping the recording, jerking off until about to explode and then record again just before about to ejaculate to make it appear hands free orgasm.
